Billy W. McLemore

Billy Wayne McLemore, age 83, died Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at NMMC West Point.  He was born January 24, 1940 to Otis McLemore and Lou Duske "Denk" Newman McLemore in Monroe County, MS.  He was a graduate of Hamilton High School.  Mr. McLemore retired as tool crib attendant from Walker Manufacturing.  He was a member of Hamilton Methodist Church.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren, talking with friends, working in his yard, and playing on his ipad.

Survivors include one son, Billy McLemore of Starkville, MS; two grandchildren, Katie McLemore and Jacob McLemore.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sandra McLemore; and one sister, Barbara Mobley.

The pallbearers are Jacob McLemore, Danny Mobley, Doug Mobley, Herman Mobley, Greg Mobley, Granville Collins.

The honorary pallbearers are Clayton Smith, Bo Hill, Alton, and Charlie Stanford.

Services will be at 12:00 noon, Saturday, February 18, 2023 in the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Chapel in Aberdeen with Bro. Roger McGrew officiating.  Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 11:00 until service time, Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the funeral home.
