Nettleton- Dorothy J. (Thompson) Harlow passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the Care Center of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, MS. She was born on February 21, 1936 in Monroe County to parents Jimmy Dean Thompson and Mary Elizabeth (Adams) Poss. She lived most of her life in the Nettleton area. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Dorothy loved to sew, work in her garden and attend church.
Funeral services will be at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Nettleton on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Ricky Bowen and Rev. Jason Salisbury officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.
She is survived by six daughters, Virginia Wright (Rex), Kathy Fennell (Cloyce), Deborah Wilkinson (Tommy), Tammy Harlow, Patsy Parker, Katie Lovett (David), two sons, Tubby Harlow (Gail), Jerry Harlow (Aletha) one sister, Alice Perry, and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lindy "Piggy" Harlow, one granddaughter, two brothers and two sisters.
Pallbearers will be Terry Gene Harlow, Zack Parker, Austin Wright, Dalton Wright, Scottie Wright, and Michael Wilkinson.
Visitation will be Friday, October 22, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton. MS.
