Elizabeth Inez “Dolly” Thompson, age 98, died Monday, July 16, 2018 at River Place Nursing Center in Amory. She was born May 25, 1920 to Earnest Bray and Zella Carter Bray Steele in Clay County. She lived most of her life in Aberdeen where she was a Homemaker. She was a graduate of Prairie School. She was a member of St. Mark Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Millie Thompson of Amory, MS; two grandchildren, Jake Thompson and Carrie Thompson; two great grandchildren, Colton Thompson and Anna Bella Thompson; one son, Joe Thompson, Jr. (Janie) of Plano, TX; two grandchildren, Landon Thompson and Jana Thompson.
Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joe William Thompson, Sr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
