Gloria Jean Bruff Sandlin

Gloria Jean Bruff Sandlin, 84, died Thursday, March 7, 2019, at North Mississippi Gilmore Hospital in Amory, MS. She was born in Aberdeen, Ms. February 18, 1935, to James William Bruff and Christine Pace Bruff. She was a lifelong resident of Monroe County. She had worked for Glenn Mfg. Garment Industry as a packer. She was a Baptist. Survivors include one daughter Barbara Ballard (Doug) of Detroit, ALA; one son Jimmy Sandlin of Greenwood Springs, MS; three grandchildren Tabitha Elway (Chris), Kim Graben (Matt) and David Ballard; six great-grandchildren, a special caregiver Earlene Hulsey and a special friend Betty K. Sandlin. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Hollis Woodson “Pete” Sandlin.
