Gregory Poss

Gregory Howard Poss, 58, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 in Aberdeen.  He was born on October 1, 1963 in Aberdeen to Charles and Sara Mobley Poss.  He was a graduate of Aberdeen High School and earned a degree in tool and die making from Itawamba Community College.  For a number of years he worked for Fabrivalve and also drove a truck.  He enjoyed fishing and gardening and attended Pleasant Grove Church. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

A memorial service will be Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.  at Pleasant Grove Church at 4235 Brand-Una RD Prairie, MS. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 at the church before service time.

He is survived by his mother, Sara Poss of Aberdeen; two brothers, David Poss (Anita) of Starkville and Brian Poss of the Coontail Community; nephews, Jon David Poss (Anna Catherine) and Dustin Poss; niece, Megan Poss; and a host of cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.
