James Clifton “Jimmy” Clifton

James Clifton “Jimmy” Clifton, 68, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at his home. He was born on June 25, 1962 in Aberdeen to Leo Clifton and Billie Frances Holley Chitto. A graduate of Aberdeen High School, he worked for Walker Manufacturing prior to his retirement and then worked for Food Giant for many years. In his younger days, Jimmy enjoyed hunting and fishing and like to watch sports and westerns on TV.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Oddfellows Rest Cemetery in Aberdeen. Tisdale-Lann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two aunts, Betty Bethany of Alexandria, LA and Mary Henry (Troy) of Hernando; and a sister, Pat Roberts of Terry, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 2 until 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
