Kathi Rea

Linda Katherine “Kathi” Adams Rea, 71, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, Dugan Nursing Home in West Point. She was born in Aberdeen on December 9, 1953, to Dan Adams and Dorothy Dodd Hawkins. A graduate of Aberdeen High School, she worked for P & S Clinic for 30 years prior to her retirement. Later she worked for Dr. James Holzhauer for several years.

A stateroom service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday August 28, 2025, at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home. Bro. Chuck Moffett will officiate. Burial will follow in Oddfellows Rest Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Daniel Adam Dobbs (Debbie Jean), Hamilton; one brother, Danny Adams (Michelle), Oxford; grandchildren, Daniel Mason Dobbs and Jamie Brayden Dilworth; and her nieces, Cheley Payne Adams (Dustin) and LeaLea Robison.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Dorinda Lee.
