Matthew Scott Witcher, 41, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at his home. He was born on December 13, 1979 to Melinda Randolph and Tony Reed Witcher. He lived most of his life in Lee County and he loved hiking, collecting arrowheads, and rocks.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Nettleton with Bro. Ricky Pearce and Bro. Joel Ray officiating. Burial will be in the Jones Chapel Cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Melinda Randolph of Nettleton; his father, Tony Reed Witcher of Nettleton; three brothers, Tony Lee Witcher, Anthony Bryan Witcher, and Boudin Witcher; two sisters, Kimberly Witcher Taylor and Telsey Autumn Witcher; his grandmother, Darlene Witcher; 4 nieces; and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Pallbearers will be Timothy Witcher, Terry Witcher, Chad Witcher, Tony Taylor, Steven Taylor, and Paul Junior Randolph.

Visitation will be from noon until service time on Tuesday.
