Mike Hendrix

Michael Carlton “Mike” Hendrix, 61, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at his residence.  A lifelong resident of Nettleton, he was born on February 23, 1962 in Florida to David C. and Jimmie Nell Massey Hendrix.  An avid fan of all Ole Miss sports, he also liked attending ball games and fishing.  In addition, he was a collector of arrowheads.  He was of the Baptist faith.  

A private memorial service will be held later.

He is survived by his sons, Michael Brandon Hendrix (Samantha), Jason Dewayne Hendrix (Christie); daughter, Kristy Michelle Hendrix; 9 grandchildren; and two brothers, Mark Hendrix (Angie) and Chad Hendrix (Belinda).

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Elisha Hendrix; and brother, Ray Hendrix.
