Richard Coleman

Richard William Coleman, 63, passed away on August 3, 2026 at his home. Richard was born on December 17, 1962 to Brent Wilson Coleman and Mabel Cummings Coleman. A graduate of Aberdeen High School, he had worked for Walker Manufacturing and recently retired from Cooper Tire/Goodyear. He enjoyed going to the beach and he was a friend to many. He was a member of First Christian Church, Aberdeen.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home, Aberdeen with Rev. Fawn Keen officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellows Rest Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving companion, Lisa Hudson, Aberdeen; his sister, Phyllis Coleman Thompson, Hamilton; 3 nieces, Carrie Kendrick, Nikki Coggins, and Brooke Rogers (Cody); great nieces and nephews, Brently Kendrick, Callie Kendrick (fiancé, Collin Stephens), Sawyer Coggins, and Colton Rogers; and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be David Perkins, Terry Bishop, Jeff Adams, Cody Rogers, Dustin Watson, Cooper Watson, Cody Riley, Tommy Williams, Brently Kendrick, Collin Stephens.

Memorials may be made to the American Legion, Aberdeen.

Visitation will be on Saturday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
