Richard Frank

Richard Stephen Frank, 75, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.  Born in Racine, WI on March 20, 1947, he was a son to Stephen and Helen Lindau Frank.  Richard grew up in the Okolona area and graduated from Okolona High School.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Korea and Vietnam and prior to his retirement, he was a self-employed contractor.  He was exceptional working with his hands.  He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Aberdeen.

A funeral mass will be held at on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Aberdeen with Fr. Tim Murphy and Fr. Joseph Le officiating.  Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens with military honors.  Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his sister, Marylyn Joseph (Shelley) of Baton Rouge, LA; his son, Stephen Frank; his daughter, Sherri Hernandez; nephew, Daniel Joseph (Terresa); three nieces, Rosanne Sotor (Tom), Michele Stoute, and Marie Mullen (Scott); and 11 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service time on Saturday at the church.
