Ruby Howell Cole

Ruby Howell Cole, 90, died Monday, January 7, 2019, at her residence. She was born June 28, 1928, in Athens, MS to Ira Green Howell and Mae Moulder Howell. She was a life long resident of Monroe County. She retired as a secretary for the Home Economist of Monroe County and Mississippi State University. She was a member of the Aberdeen Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, Jimmy (James) Howell Cole of Lacombe, LA., one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Hershel Cole, a sister Doris Nell Howell, and a brother William I. (Bill ) Howell.
