Terry Witcher

Terry Glenn Witcher, 71, passed away on June 20, 2025.  He was born in Tupelo on October 15, 1953 James Reed Witcher and Kathryne Tackitt Witcher.  Terry worked as an over the road truck driver and was of the Baptist faith.  He also served in the United States Marine Corps.  In his free time he enjoyed working on cars, selling tires, playing guitar and boating.  A man of quick wit, Terry always loved to have the last word.

Terry is survived by his mother, Kathryne Tackitt Witcher; daughters, Michelle Hunt and Melissa Brandon; sons, Charlie Sutherland (Susie), Chad Witcher, Terry Witcher, Jr. (Amanda) and Timothy Witcher; brothers, Randy Witcher (Tammie) and Tony Witcher; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.

Terry is preceded in death by his father, James Witcher; nephew, Matthew Witcher.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at Tisdale Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Nettleton with Bro. Kerry Nelson officiating.  Burial will follow in Jones Chapel Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Chad Witcher, Terry "Jr." Witcher, Jason Witcher, David Witcher, Lee Witcher and Andy Witcher.  Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Witcher, James Braden Hunt, Garrett Witcher, Tyler Witcher, Allen Taylor and Bodie "Bo" Witcher.

Visitation will be prior to the service on Sunday from 1-3 PM.
