Troy Arthur Lundquist, 48, passed away in Iuka, MS on Sunday, August 3, 2025. Troy was born in Kenosha, WI on January 18, 1977 to the late Gene and Patsy West Lundquist. Troy moved with his family to Monroe County in 1995. Troy was a jack of all trades, lastly working as a delivery driver with UPS. He enjoyed doing odd jobs, helping many of his friends. Troy was a devoted father and biggest fan of his 3 children. He lived everyday to be a positive influence in their life. Troy had a great personality, was the life of the party and loved to visit and talk with friends. Troy was often described as a long winded conversationalist. Never meeting a stranger, Troy was a genuine and selfless friend to many. He loved his family and adored all of his nieces and nephews. Troy was a devoted Green Bay Packers and MSU fan. Motorcycles were his passion and he often described his riding as chasing the sunsets. HIs family takes comfort in knowing that he passed doing what he loved,
Troy is survived by his daughter, Kylee Lundquist Blanton (Levi), Booneville; sons, Carter and Parker Lundquist, Wren; sisters, Tammy Johnson (Harvey), Aberdeen, Tina Martin, Aberdeen and Tonya Peloquin (Steven), Hamilton; granddaughter, Haven Blanton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a special friend, Sara Lucci.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Tisdale Lann Memorial Funeral Home in Aberdeen. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Murff, Blake Johnson, Samuel Peloquin, Brady Slupik, Jason Gunderson, Nathan Pickle and Travis Halverson.
Visitation will be prior to the service on Saturday from 11:30 AM until 1 PM.
