William Jason Jones

William Jason Jones, 32, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018, at his home in Nesbit, MS. Jason was a brilliant academic, a devoted husband, and a caring friend. He was a valued member of the University of Mississippi Writing Project, a professor at Northwest Community College, and head of the NWCC writing center. He made a difference in the lives of countless students and colleagues. Jason is survived by his wife, Pamela Price; his sister, Leigh Anne Eaton (Kenny); his nieces Shelby Eaton, Kassidy Eaton, and Sarah Eaton; his aunt, Brenda Grayson (Buddy). Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Higginbotham.
